Unstuck
Duo cursed and tried once again to get himself free. He squirmed, twisting his body back and forth, but to no avail. He was trapped.
He sighed heavily. All of his training, all of his skills- and he'd managed to get himself into a situation like this. He blew his bangs out of his face and wondered if his bad day could get any worse than this.
He heard the door of the docking bay slide open with its usual whoosh, heard footsteps start to cross the floor.
He had to challenge the power of worse. Being caught in this situation was even more humiliating than getting stuck in the first place. He was supposed to be one of the elite, former gundam pilot, etc etc... and he'd gotten himself stuck. Whoever found him was going to give him a bad time...
But at the same time he wanted very badly to be unstuck...
Should he call out for help?
Before his good sense could beat his ego into submission the matter was decided for him.
"Duo?" He heard Heero say, heard the quickening of the other's footsteps as he drew near. "Duo? What are you doing?"
Duo sighed. Heero was going to laugh his ass off. He knew what he must look like, flat on his stomach, half his body sticking out from the small access panel on the bottom of the sweeper ship.
"Duo?" He felt a hand touch his ankle. "Are you injured?"
"No," he sighed. "Just stuck."
"Stuck?" Heero repeated. "How in the hell did you get stuck in there?"
Duo sighed again. "This is where the problem is! The one that I've been looking for all day on this damn ship. And the only way to get to it is to remove the panels..."
"I know that." Heero cut him off. "That's why I came looking for you here- but... how did you get stuck?"
"I don't know," Duo admitted. "I got in easily enough- fixed the problem, but now..." He squirmed again. "I can't get back out. It's like my shoulders got too wide or something..."
"I doubt you gained more muscle mass that quickly." He felt Heero's hands on his back, feeling around by the edges of the panel. "Hm."
"Hm what?"
"Just analyzing the situation." Heero slid his hand down Duo's back. "Borrowed my shorts this morning, I see." His fingers slid under the edge of the shorts and Duo squirmed.
"Heero! Not now- I'm stuck!"
"I know," Heero sounded amused. "Kind of like when I got 'stuck' to that chair the other day..." His fingers wandered up farther and Duo gasped.
"You said you wanted me to demonstrate that knot!" Course, he had demonstrated a bit more than that, but what was he supposed to do, with Heero and a chair and some rope all at his disposal? It was a temptation that would've felled a saint.
"So I did- and I enjoyed the demonstration, believe me." Duo felt Heero's fingers hook into the waistband of his shorts and his eyes widened.
"We're in the middle of the bay!"
"We're under the ship- and besides, you know that no one is in here on this shift." The shorts slid down his hips and he hissed at the sudden rush of cool air. A warm hand soothed the chill away. "Hm, despite your protests you do seem to be interested..."
Like he could be anything else considering what Heero was doing to him! "Heero, you-" his protest died on his lips as Heero's warm mouth touched that spot- right at the small of his back. It was one of his favorite spots, as Heero damn well knew, especially when his hand was.... Duo bit back a moan. It wasn't fair of him to use it against Duo like this. He tried to gather his scattered wits for another protest.
"Hm," Heero murmured against his skin, and then moved lower, heading towards another of Duo's favorite spots. Duo gave up protesting. It wasn't like he could do anything else anyway, even if he wanted to at this point... which considering what Heero was doing to him, he didn't.
So he let himself relax and felt Heero's soft hum of approval. Heero's mouth moved away, but he replaced it with something far more satisfactory. So when Duo suddenly was pulled up and out- he just leaned back into Heero's embrace and settled himself firmly onto Heero's lap.
Afterwards, when his vision cleared and his brain returned to reality, he looked back at his smirking lover with a puzzled expression. "How did you get me out?"
"The access hatch had slipped closed a bit. The latch is faulty."
Duo blinked at him. "That's it?"
"Uh huh."
"You could've moved that in a second."
"I did. I just decided to have some fun while I was doing it."
Duo shook his head sadly. "You've been hanging out with me too long."
