Soooo, thinking about contest fics again today, cause of stuff. So I go wandering over to MoR and get lost for a bit- as usual... and get bit by a little bunny- it's bitten me every time I go to that site and look at this one pic in the honeymoon section, but today... well, today I caved.

Binoculars
The map was spread out in front of me on the hood of the car. I could find our starting point- and our planned ending point- but where the hell were we? Had we taken a bad turn somewhere? I cursed silently. This shouldn't be so damn hard. I had advanced training! I had navigated space! How could land be confusing me? I rested my forehead on my hand and tugged at my hair as I tried to make sense of where we had gone wrong. We should've been at the village an hour ago... maybe we had made a wrong turn somewhere?
"Duo?" I asked my husband. He had the binoculars and was supposed to be scanning for landmarks.
"Yes?" He sounded distracted. Maybe he had seen something that might help us?
"See anything?" I scooted up a bit further on the hood to try and get a look at a corner of the map- maybe we were over there?
"Oh yes." I waited for a moment, but he didn't say anything more. I glanced over my shoulder and found him behind me- his binoculars NOT pointed at the terrain.
"Duo!"
He put down the binoculars and smiled. "What?"
"You're supposed to be looking for landmarks- things that might help us?" I reminded him. "Not staring at my ass."
"I did that already. I didn't see anything- other than the fact that there is nothing and no one around for miles." He widened his eyes innocently. "And it's not my fault you're in a tempting position. I don't see how I'm supposed to help myself."
"Well, try for once. We're lost, remember?" I rolled my eyes at him and went back to studying the map.
Hmm... there was this stretch here that didn't seem to have any landmarks... maybe that's where we were? So if we went east...
A hand slid over my ass, making me jump.
"What are you doing?" I managed to keep my voice steady as Duo's fingers found the edge of my shorts.
"You can't tell? Damn, we're on our honeymoon and I'm slipping already..." Duo leaned over me, his other hand moving around the front of my shorts, reaching for the buckle. "Let me explain. We're alone, in the middle of nowhere... and you're leaning over the hood of our jeep. I guess you could say I'm planning on taking base advantage of you...."
"And I could say the sky is clouding over, we might be in for a storm, and..." Duo had already managed to undo my shorts and reach inside. His fingers squeezed me gently and I lost the rest of my sentence.
"And I would say hell with it. I want you." He bent over me, sliding my shorts down over my hips and then his mouth touched my bare skin and I forgot all about being lost.
