The Warmest Place
It was very late when Heero finally arrived home from the emergency business trip. As predicted, his lover was once again asleep on the couch that was right in front of the fireplace, all warm and toasty.
Duo always said that in front of the fireplace was the warmest place in the whole house... second to Heero. When Heero wasn't around to share some heat, he could only settle with the second best.
Heero carefully picked Duo up from the sofa and headed towards their bedroom.
Since now the warmest place in the house was back, there was no reason why Duo shouldn't return to where he belonged.
